My Journey So Far
1975
Inland shipping in my blood
I (Poul van den Elshout) was born as the son of an inland skipper and spent the first 6 years of my life on board. This laid the foundation for my love for logistics. My youth on the rivers and canals laid the foundation for a deep passion for logistics. which shaped my career in logistics innovation.
1992
Started studying Industrial Design at Design Academy Eindhoven . With my graduation project – a concept for a container terminal with high-rise warehouse and logistic process optimization – I won the Wolkenkrabber, René Smeets and Prins Bernhard Cultuurprijzen.
